In addition to giving the Saturday morning keynote address to the 800 plus in attendance, I signed books for another two and half hours. It is always such an honor and privilege to sign books at events. Many people are a bit embarrassed to ask for a signature. With me, please don’t be. Think of it this way, what if someone were to walk up to you and ask for your autograph… you would be flattered. I am too.
One of the true joys….
of the convention was the opportunity to meet so many Health Coaches so fully engaged in their own personal health and well being and in the encouragement of others to live into Optimal Health.
Pictured below is my wife, Judith, and my dear friend, Janet Cronstedt. In addition to the keynote address, Janet and I did a breakout workshop together. It was really a treat for us. Janet is a huge fan and student of being On-Purpose. It was a joy to share the "stage" with her.
Judith was so inspired by my successful weight loss on the Take Shape For Life program, the good people, and the various breakout sessions that she is now a health coach in training with TSFL. Now that our kids are 15 and 17, she is ready to put her many talents to use in the workforce. TSFL provides an ideal scenario for Judith because she can transition from stay at home mom to helping people get healthy while starting a new career. This allows her to manage her schedule and accomodate our children’s and her needs. I’m excited to help her grow a client base. She’s a natural helper, very bright, and the consumate student. A long interest in health and lifestyle matters plus flexibility leverage her business background and education. We’re having some fun with this.
